اَللّٰهُمَّ اغْفِرْلِيْ وَارْحَمْنِيْ وَاهْدِنِيْ وَعَافِنِیْ وَارْزُقْنِيْ
O Allah, forgive me and have mercy on me, and guide me and give me health and grant me sustenance.
